Huelva – culture and beautiful beaches
Not as famous as other Andalusian cities such as Seville, Córdoba, Granada or Málaga, but still well worth a visit, is the city of Huelva in the Andalusian province with the same name.
Like all the cities of Andalusia, Huelva also has a rich cultural heritage worthy of admiration, such as the Catedral de la Merced cathedral or the parish church of San Pedro.
The Museum of Huelva has an extraordinary archaeological wealth of very rare artefacts from the Neolithic, Bronze and Roman periods, so a visit to the museum is not to be missed!
And for our bathing friends, the absolute highlight is of course the beautiful and very well-known Playa del Espigón beach, and there are not many other great bathing beaches on the coasts of the province of Huelva!
